The Views' 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes were recently redeveloped to include elegant designer features and modern living areas. The renovations included upgraded kitchens with granite countertops, cherry cabinetry and energy-efficient black or stainless steel GE appliances, stylish baths and ceramic tile in kitchens, baths and foyers.
For added comfort and impact we added new wood floors and luxurious Frieze carpeting, French doors, wood blinds and crown molding. Select homes feature breakfast bars, built-in wine racks, gas fireplaces, sunrooms, built-in bookshelves, wet/dry bars, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets.

Whether you choose The Peak, The Views or Lakeside, you'll share access to all of the amazing amenities found within The Residences of Vinings Mountain. We feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, scenic nature trails and a beautiful pool with waterfall and sundeck.
When you want to relax, enjoy a barbeque at the outdoor kitchen, a moment for reflection at the lakeside gazebo or a trip to the new Pooch Park. Our new community clubhouse is now open, featuring Club Blu with billiards and Fitness 360 with yoga studio.
